Sportonotmic: “The NCAA is NOT above the law”

Rhys Lenarduzzi looks at the recent legal and commercial developments in American college sport, a ripple effect of sorts that comes after the NCAA decided to suspend rules that prohibited college athletes from commercialising their name image and likeness – a consequence of years of campaigns, debates and pressures, and a United States Supreme Court case, as well as new laws coming into effect in several states around the US.
